I earned a Master of Science degree in Counseling and Art Therapy from Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, VA and Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and Studio Art from St. Olaf College in Northfield, MN. I have experience working with military families and also the LGBQT community. I specialize in anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma. My goal is to help clients develop adaptive coping skills, and improve their quality of life by helping them feel empowered, understood and accepted.
